A:- No doubt, our business will be different after lockdown. It will take a year or two to return to pre lockdown normal. People will be living with fear of corona virus. Many will not be visiting the showroom so  one have to adopt to more technology oriented approach towards our sale , purchase, dispatch and finance part. Later part is easy to adopt to whereas sale part is difficult for technology adaptation. Sale part, where customer need touch feel and visual is important for customer in our industry, it would be very difficult to select these products. We have to depend to whatever technology we have in our hands. Do whatsapp calls even at present and post lockdown to your customers. Make small Videos of your showroom and godown to insist confidence to your customers. Make Good relations with your customers and more important is to make very good relations with your suppliers. Choose those supplier who has bigger vision and are optimistic about the scenario in this tough time.

Will it be slow in PVC Panel Industry ?

Pvc Panels will be booming in the upcoming time. All those products whose installation time is minimum will be successful since people will not allow installers/fitter to remain at their place for more time. Pvc Panels has an important advantage of being installed in matter of hours. Many Hospitals, clinics, offices and homes will be looking for pvc panels since only 2 fitters can install panels and without creating much mess. Moreover like western countries, Pvc Panels will be installed by customers themselves by watching installation videos. Pvc panels being anti fungal and anti bacteria gives a niche advantage in this covid times

How to generate sales in covid era?

This virus is going to remain with us for atleast 2 years. We will have very less showroom footfall. Customers/Sub dealers and dealers will not be interested to meet you or your sales team. So all tech which helps you to generate sales should  be opted. Facebook, justdial and google presense will be very beneficial for your sales. Quality of the product with price sensitivity should be ensured. No complaints about the product should be focused since customer would not be interested to involve in purchase related process again and again due to fear of catching virus. Their decision will depend on the quality and confidence of the dealer.  There will be serious customers in the markets so all enquire calls should be handled carefully and seriously. Maintain a professional approach from sales to complete installation including dispatch and finance keeping in mind the sanitization process. Training should be imparted to your installers regarding sanitization process involving measurement to installing.
